The Commercial & Industrial Division annually develops approximately 200,000 sqm of commercial and industrial space, a significant portion of which is repeat business. The division has to date delivered investment properties with a total value in excess of $1 billion into the Australand Property Trust.

Australand can further assist with organising a move, arranging a short-term tenancy/storage, dealing with lease legacies and releasing and helping clients amalgamate sites. Australand has the capacity to undertake basically all property related construction and development activities. In unison with our in house expertise we outsource work to external consultants on a needs basis.
