Payment of Distributions

Direct credit is our preferred method of payment for Australand's quarterly dividends/distributions. Security holders can nominate any Australian bank, building society or credit union account by either updating your security holding detail on line with Link Market Services www.linkmarketservices.com.au.

Following each distribution payment you will receive a Distribution Statement confirming that the payment has been made and the specific details of the payment. The statement will be mailed to your address as shown on Australand's security register.

Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP)

The Directors established a new DRP effective November 2005. The DRP offers security holders the opportunity to purchase additional Australand stapled securities by reinvesting part or all of their quarterly dividends/distributions.

Securities will be issued under the DRP at a discount of 2.5% to the average of the daily volume weighted average of all sales of Australand stapled securities traded on the Australian Stock Exchange for each of the first five trading days following the Record Date for the dividend/distribution.
