Direct credit is our preferred method of payment for Australand's quarterly dividends/distributions. Security holders can nominate any Australian bank, building society or credit union account by either updating your security holding detail on line with Computershare at www.computershare.com or by completing the attached Direct Credit Form & returning it to Computershare.

Following each distribution payment you will receive a Distribution Statement confirming that the payment has been made and the specific details of the payment. The statement will be mailed to your address as shown on Australand's security register.
