Bob Johnston

Managing Director

Mr Johnston was appointed Managing Director in August 2007. Previously, Mr Johnston held a number of senior management positions with the Lend Lease Group in the USA, UK, Asia and Australia. Immediately prior to his appointment to Australand, Mr Johnston was Global CEO of Bovis Lend Lease. Positions held prior to this included CEO of Bovis Lend Lease Asia Pacific and COO of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in the USA. Mr Johnston has in excess of 20 years of experience int he property industry.

Sean McMahon

Executive General Manager, Commercial & Industrial

BBus Valuation & Investment Management, AIVLE, Advanced Diploma in Real Estate

Mr McMahon was appointed Executive General Manager of the Commercial & Industrial division in December 2007. He joined Australand in June 2000 and, prior to being appointed to his current role, he held the position of Regional General Manager. He previously held senior positions in leading International Real Estate and investment banking groups including Lones Lang LaSalle and Macquarie Bank from 1991 - 1997 specialising in joint venture and structured finance. He has over 20 years experience across a diverse array of property related activities including valuation, development and investment management.

Kieran Pryke

Chief Financial Officer

B. Com, FCPA

Mr Pryke has in excess of twenty years in the property industry. He spent nine early years in various finance roles within Lend Lease Corporation before becoming the Chief Financial Officer of the General Property Trust in 1996. He remained as the CFO of GPT during and after the internalisation of management of GPT when it ceased to be a Lend Lease managed investment vehicle. Mr Pryke joined Australand on 1 March 2010.

Rod Fehring

Executive General Manager, Residential

B. App Science, Graduate Diplomas in Urban & Regional Planning and Sports Administration

Mr Fehring joined the executive team of Australand in March 2010. Prior to joining Australand Mr Fehring spent nearly 9 years with Lend Lease in various roles as CEO of its retirement living/aged care business, its Venture Capital business and 6 years as Chief Executive Officer of Delfin Lend Lease. Mr Fehring has 30 years experience in the property industry primarily in the residential development and planning sectors. Mr Fehring is also Chairman of the Australian Housing & Urban Research Institute Ltd, and has held Directorships of the Property Council of Australia and was the immediate past Chairman of the Residential Development Council of Australia.

Michael Newsom

BA LLB, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, Admitted to practise in the Federal and High Courts of Australia

Mr Newsom joined Australand in August 2000 as General Counsel. He is also responsible for Corporate Risk Management. Prior to joining Australand, Mr Newsom held positions of Company Secretary and General Counsel for Pioneer International Limited and Ampol Limited. He has over 30 years experience in commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate administration both in private legal practice and in large publicly listed companies across the property, building materials, petroleum and financial services sectors.

Ms Booker joined Australand as Company Secretary in October 2006. Her previous positions included Company Secretary / General Manager Risk & Compliance for the Australian Agricultural Company Limited and Group Company Secretary of AMP Limited. Ms Booker has over 25 years experience across a wide range of business areas including governance, compliance, risk management and strategic and operational planning.

Chris Warrell

General Manager Human Resources and Safety

Mr Warrell was appointed General Manager, Human Resources in October 2004. Since that time he has assumed responsibility for safety and sustainability. Mr Warrell brings over 25 years experience across a broad spectrum of site, project and general management responsibilities with companies including Lend Lease, Cathay Pacific and Boral.
